SHIPPING TIME
All orders ship within 24 hours. Payment
received and shipping confirmation e-mails are sent.
SHIPPING METHOD
USA orders: we ship via Priority Mail
(2-4 business days) for doll outfits and via UPS Ground (3-6
business days) for dolls and trunks.
International orders: we ship via Priority Mail Air and the
time will vary depending on the country of destination (1-3
weeks).
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
S&H is $5.95 for first doll outfit
and add $1.00 for each additional outfit. S&H for dolls start
at $10.95 with an additional $6.00 per doll or an additional
$1.00 per outfit. International rates are calculated at the
check out based on weight and country of destination. Each
doll outfit or accessory is calculated at 1Lb weight, dolls
are 3 Lb and trunks are 6Lb. If you would like to find out
prior to placing an order what the cost will be, check the
http:// www.usps.com website for approximate delivery time
and shipping cost based on weight of your order and your country.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely happy with
an item received, please return it for credit, exchange or
refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.
