I can visit or pick up my order?
We are an online reseller and we do not have a store or a
catalog. Our orders are being dropped shipped directly from
the original manufacturer so they will arrive brand new and
with the quality warrantees.
Do you take phone
orders?
No, we are accepting orders on line only through our secure
shopping cart or by e-mail: sales@blackseadolls.com
Orders are electronically processed and shipped the
next day they are received.
How can I pay for
my order?
Our shopping cart is set up to accept American Express, Discover,
MasterCard and Visa credit cards. At the check out, you may
also choose to pay by PayPal.
How do I know if
the item I want is available?
Usually there is an In Stock notice above the item description
. . . plus our inventory system will not take orders for Out
of Stock items.
How do I know you
received my order?
We will send a copy of your order
with an order number to your email address. Please make sure
that your system will accept emails from us.
How do you ship?
Most orders are sent Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation
number for a 2-3 business day delivery. Large items such as
dolls or doll trunks are shipped by UPS ground for a 3-6 business
day delivery. Express orders are shipped by UPS 2nd Day. International
Orders are sent through by Priority Mail Air.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are shown at the check out and are based
on the weight and destination. Roughly, 1 doll outfit will
be about $5.95 ( Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation)
and 1 doll will be $10.95. For more details check the SHIPPING

Is it safe to use
my credit card?
This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption,
the highest standard in Internet security. All account information
submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet
access.
How do I return an
item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return
within 30 days for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are
not refundable. Returned merchandise must be received in its
original condition. Include a copy of your invoice with your
return plus directions for exchange or refund. For more details

Do you sell wholesale?
No, we are not a manufacturer.

doll clothes are manufactured in Asia, USA, Europe and South
