Here are the approximate doll measurements:

Waist to floor: 10"
Waist: 11" to 12" (newer dolls have a larger waist)
Arm length: 5.5"
Shoe Sizing: 3" long x 1 1/5" wide
18" slim dolls such as Magic Attic, Carpatina,
Stardust Classics
Here are the approximate doll measurements:
Total height: 18"
Waist to floor: 9.5"
Waist: 9" to 10"
Arm length: 5.5"
Shoe Sizing: 3" long and 1 1/4"
